At San Felice the search for quality has always been of paramount importance and has encouraged new initiatives for the replanting of its vineyards, technological innovation in the wine cellar and experimentation. However, apart from our diligence and passion here at San Felice, most of our merit goes to our land and to its ability to produce great wines. The high levels of quality and recognition obtained over the years, especially as far as our selections are concerned, are confirmation of this potential and diligence.

Having almost 19,000 hectoliters in stainless steel vats (1,800 of which are at the Campogiovanni winery), San Felice is one of the most significant wineries in the Chianti Classico territory.

Over the years at San Felice other varieties have been planted alongside the native vines, described as "international", which have shown that they adapt very well to the soil and climate of the area. Among these, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay, which have been giving really excellent results for more than 25 years, Sauvignon Blanc is also demonstrating that it is well able to adapt to the vineyard terrain of San Felice.

In 1997 and 1998 the American magazine Wine Spectator granted Agricola San Felice the "Critics Choice Award" for the high quality of the wines it produced.
