All Inga Grappas are produced using 100% of the musk from the grape variety on the label. This production method enables the resulting spirit to retain the varietal characteristics of the grape from which the grappa is made. Grappa should be served in a small, fluted glass with a petal lip. Italians drink their grappa with an espresso. After the espresso is finished, pour the grappa into the cup.
