The winery began bottling its product with Piero e Lisetta Leone de Castris, in 1925. In 1943 the production of Five Roses, the most famous product of the firm started and it was the the first rosè to be bottled and made marketable in Italy. The Leone de Castris estate extends over an area of more than 40 thousand square meters. The are three lines of full-cycle bottling; the estate is fitted with sterilization and cooling plant as well with undisturbed storerooms. The estate produces a wide range of products: red, white ad rosè wines as well white and rosè sparkling wines, and (as the latest in the line of offerings) a brandy and a particularly highly prized olive oil.
